I will not refund a premade fursuit once it has been purchased and shipped. If you have any issues with it, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify this problem if it is due to a construction on my end. This does not include any damage form regular wear-and-tear, such as popped seams, which are a natural part of owning a wearable item. I can do minor repairs for these instances for free but the buyer must pay for shipping.
I am not responsible for any loss or damage sustained by the item during shipping. A tracking number will be provided with each item shipped.
Payment must be made through PayPal. I will send you an invoice through "Goods and Services," which protects both me and you, the buyer.

I do work in a home with cats, and while I try to keep supplies away from direct contact, some contamination may occur, so please keep this in mind if you are allergic to cats.
I will sell premade items to minors with parental consent. By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing that you have parental consent.
Shipping in the US can be anywhere from $20-100, depending on location and time of year. International customers must pay for shipping, customs fees, and taxes when applicable, which I can estimate on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must pay up front to claim a slot for commissions under $200. Payment plans may be available for purchases over $200 depending on the situation; please contact me if you are interested in this option.

I will send work in progress pictures as I work on the commission. Please tell me as early as possible if you see something wrong so I can fix it.
I do not offer completion deadlines at this time. I will provide a completion estimate and works towards this to the best of my ability, but I am not required to finish it at this time.
If for some reason I am unable to finish your commission, I will refund you the full amount paid.

If you receive a commission and are unhappy with it, please let me know! I am still learning, and if it is a problem on my end, I will do what I can to rectify it! However, any alteration made by the customer will void this warranty.​
